Management
HORIZONTAL
- Preparation of the annual budget, including all the necessary items for the maintenance of the community and calculation of the community fee.
- Call for general meetings, annually and extraordinary, with the assistance and advice of the Administrator.
- Preparation and monitoring of procedures, both official and unofficial.
- Administrative Control of income and expenses of division by individual coefficient with the annual liquidation.
- In case of need of a professional, due to construction wear or maintenance, the selection of different budgets (minimum 3) will be carried out, which will be submitted to the vision and approval of the Community of Owners in an extraordinary meeting.
- Consultation with the Department of Administration of administrative and legal problems related to the Community of Owners.
- Our Fees will be calculated individually for each community depending on its characteristics, our prices being highly competitive within the sector.
RENTAL MANAGEMENT
Management of rentals of homes, houses, parking lots, premises, etc…

- Search for tenants.
- Preparation of lease contracts.
- Procedures deposit of bonds to the relevant body.
- Preparation and liquidation of quarterly taxes and annual summaries (iva, personal income tax, etc...).
- Rental collection management.
- Maintenance and upkeep of the property. Search for budgets and commissioning of the necessary repairs with the prior agreement of the Property.
- Periodic liquidations to the Property.
- Control and claim of defaulters.
- Legal actions for non-payment of leases or other.
- Application of legal increases (IPC, works, IBI, etc.)
